BOCA RATON, FL - December 5, 2011 - Global Tower Partners (GTP) announced today it has signed an agreement with Brookfield Real Estate Opportunity Fund (BREOF) to manage and lease 41 properties to wireless telecommunications carriers across the country.  GTP will market BREOF's locations as prospective collocation sites for wireless carriers and utilities.

"We are extremely pleased to refresh our partnership with BREOF to strengthen the wireless access potential of their real estate portfolio," said Marc C. Ganzi, GTP's Chief Executive Officer.

As part of the agreement, GTP has secured 4.5 million square feet of Distributed Antenna System rights for all buildings.  BREOF's selection of GTP to manage their portfolio is further validation of GTP as the leading rooftop and access leasing management company in the country.

"The addition of the BREOF properties to our real estate portfolio continues to make GTP an ideal one-stop shop for carriers, enhancing their coverage and network quality in many of our high growth markets," added Joanna Langridge, GTP's Senior Director, Real Estate.
