Global Tower Partners Secures Master Lease for Tallest Building in Indiana – Chase Tower

BOCA RATON, FL, April 1, 2010 - Global Tower Partners ("GTP") announced today it has signed a definitive agreement to master lease the iconic Chase Tower (formally Bank One Tower) and its smaller Circle building in Indianapolis, IN.   The Tower consists of 48 floors of office and retail space and twin spires reaching to 830 feet making it the 38th tallest building in the United States and 125th tallest in the world. GTP will manage the existing broadcast and wireless carrier installations on the spires and the fiber access routes on the ground.

 "This building dominates the mid west skyline and adds Indianapolis to our list of cities in which we handle the premier rooftop assets." said Marc C. Ganzi, Chief Executive Officer, Global Tower Partners.   "Chase Tower is a welcomed addition to our portfolio and we expect to attract other wireless provider customers who need the visibility and height only this building can offer." said Andrew Brodeur, Vice President of Real Estate for GTP.  


With the addition of Chase Tower, GTP will own, manage and/or master lease over 10,200 sites throughout the United States, including over 3,300 owned communications towers.
