Global Tower Partners is owned by its senior management team and
a consortium of funds affiliated with Macquarie Bank Limited, primarily Macquarie
Infrastructure Partners and Macquarie Infrastructure Partners II.

The consortium of Macquarie funds invested in Global Tower Partners includes Macquarie Infrastructure Partners
(“MIP”) and Macquarie Infrastructure PartnersII (“MIP II”) who together hold an 84.9% stake in GTP. MIP and
MIP II are unlisted funds, each of which seeks to assemble diversified portfolios of infrastructure assets and
other assets with similar characteristics based in North America. MIP I and MIP II have collectively raised
more than US$4 billion from investors in North America, Europe, Australia and Asia.
